About NBW Scale :
NBW Scale is a portable platform scale with a decent stainless steel platform and a bright red LED display. It also supports count mode and provides low battery indication, too. A sturdy grill is provided to support heavy loads. This grill is foldable making our platform scale portable and easy to carry. There is a wide range of models available based on total capacity, accuracy and platter size. Also, there are unimaginable accessories like Jumbo display, Batch memory, Printer interface etc that can be provided with Phoenix NBW Scales. Battery Indication : Our NBW Scale is provided with an in-built battery and battery charger. If the scale is being operated on the battery, it is indicated by "BATT" indicator on the front display panel. When the battery is low, this "BATT" indicator starts flashing notifying and reminding the user to recharge the battery. The scale automatically gets turned off about an hour after the battery low indication begins in order to protect the battery from deep discharge.
Weighing mode : Press the "ZERO" key to zero the display and start weighing. This is the default mode. Our scale also supports "Batch Addition" of weights in weight mode and stores individual weights in memory by a single touch of "M+" key. During memory recall, here the scale shows number of additions and its total weight.
Counting mode : By pressing the "MODE" key, our weighing scale enters into the count mode. By setting the sample amount using the "SMPL" (sample) key, the machine is ready to count the number of samples. Our machine also supports "Batch Addition" of samples in count mode and stores individual samples in memory by a single touch of the "M+" key. During memory recall, here the scale shows number of additions and its total count.
TARE Function : The unique "TARE" function is provided to simplify filling operations. To fill a container, this tare function can be used to accurately neglect the weight of the container and fill the container until the target weight is reached. By exiting the tare function, the gross weight is also displayed. The tare function can also be used in weigh check operations, to weigh a deviation with respect to a reference weight on the platform. Once a reference/standard has been tared, our weighing scale can now indicate the deviation of any other weight from this reference in terms of a positive or negative display. Subtractive tare function has also been integrated in Phoenix NBW Scale to provide overload protection.
