1. Phoenix Batch Scale App

Phoenix Batch Scale App is an Android based app which connects to any compatible Phoenix weighing scale via Bluetooth. On pairing, you can see the real-time display of the scale on your mobile screen and also operate the keyboard of the Phoenix weighing scale through your mobile phone. Hence the user can use his/her mobile phone as a remote real-time display and a remote controller for Phoenix Weighing Scales.  Additionally, through this app, you can also get the detailed report of every weighment done on the scale, to your mobile phone. This report can be either a batch-wise report or a total sum report. All these operations can be done remotely over a distance of 20-40 feet from the weighing scale! Once the report is received on your mobile phone, you can share it further in excel/pdf/text format via Email, Whatsapp, SMS, SHAREit and other similar apps. Phoenix Batch Scale App is compatible with Android version 4.4 (KitKat) and above and is available for free on the Playstore.

2. SMART Model

We have redefined our SMART Series model and launched the all new SMART# series! The top cabinet and stickers are with a new and more attractive look. This model will now use our regular 6V 4AH battery. It is available with all present combinations of capacities and accuracies. All accessories like on machine display, rod type display, abs bowl etc. are available with the machine. We will also provide Bluetooth with Android App, Wireless RF Display and Batch Memory Accessories in this model.

3. Currency Counting Machines 

(i) PLNC-3

      Phoenix Loose Note Counting Machine (PLNC-3) is the FIRST of its kind to be totally designed and manufactured in India. It is an LED display model. It has 5 different types of sensors to detect the fake/counterfeit notes. It has a counting spped of more than 1000notes/min and is also fully compatible with the new Rs. 500 and Rs, 2000 currency notes.

 

 

 

(ii) PLNC-4

The PLNC-4 has all the features of PLNC-3 but it is an LCD display model. The display has a backlight and clear visibility from every angle. An extra LED display can also be connected to the machine.

4. NHS Model with Bluetooth

          We have launched the Nitiraj Hanging Scale (NHS) model with Bluetooth technology and an Android based mobile app. This model is a crane scale type model with 1 Ton capacity. It is operated at a height and hence to ensure its smooth operation, we have upgraded it with Bluetooth connectivity. Using the app, the user can view the display of the scale on his mobile phone and also operate the scale via the app. Like we use our mobile phones with different apps to operate ACs, TVs, lights etc., the user can now operate and control our Phoenix machine with his very own mobile phone.

 

5. Special Application Indicator

We have upgraded our special application indicator ‘3-LED model’ to also include Bluetooth features. Now, it comprises of all the following features:

* Red, Green and Blue LEDs to indicate Low, Correct and High weight as compared to a pre-defined reference weight.

* Different audible beep indications for the same.

* USB Host for copying all the daily weighments done on the machine, to a pendrive.

* RF (Radio Frequency) for wireless and distant display.

* With Bluetooth and Android based mobile app for remote display and control.

6. PHS model with Backlight

Phoenix Pocket Hanging Scale PHS-50* is a small and compact, attractive, portable, sturdy and versatile pocket hanging scale that can be carried around in your pocket! It is completely designed and Made in India. It consumes extremely low power and can operate on 2 pencil cells for about an year! It is useful for applications like gas cylinder weighing, courier and cargo services, luggage weighing, in poultry farms, airports, railways, homes, offices and personal use. 

It has now been incorporated with a BACKLIGHT function for better visibility. The backlight can be turned ON/OFF using keys present on the scale.

 

7. ERP

A major leap towards the efficient and systematic functioning of our organization is the switch over to the new ERP which has been tailor made as per our own needs and requirements. It has computerized and automated all the processes in every department of the organization. Our new ERP covers everything under Sales, Purchases, Production, Service, R&D, Accounting, Banking, HR and Stock Transfer. With increased functionalities, it also provides over 250 real-time reports which include MIS reports and Production Planning & Control, too. Last but not the least, it is fully GST compliant!
